La Administración Municipal, mediante la Dirección de Desarrollo Económico y la Bolsa de Trabajo, invita a la ciudadanía que está en búsqueda de una oportunidad laboral, a asistir a la próxima Feria del Empleo Incluyente que se llevará cabo el próximo 04 de noviembre en el Gimnasio de la Unidad Deportiva de Torreón.
Con la presencia de la señora Selina Bremer de Cepeda, Presidenta Honoraria del DIF Torreón, esta mañana se anunció la feria del empleo para público general y en especial para personas con algún tipo de discapacidad, por lo que se constituye como un evento incluyente.
Kena María Yáñez Martínez, titular de la dependencia, anunció que se contará con la participación de 38 empresas, que ofertarán mil 37 vacantes para puestos administrativos y operativos.
En el evento de empleadores estarán empresas como, Autosistemas de Torreón, Administración Soriana Centro, Hotel Crowne Plaza, Tiendas OXXO, Combugas, COPPEL, Instituto Sanford, Kirbymex, Delphi, Mariscos Huarichick, Sanatorio Español, SECOLSA, entre otras de igual nivel de seriedad que dan certeza a los buscadores de empleo.
Este primer evento servirá como parámetro para conocer el número de personas con alguna discapacidad que muestran interés en trabajar y la absorción que tengan las empresas a este tipo de mano de obra, para en una segunda edición fijarse un numero de colocación más alto.
La funcionaria recomendó a los aspirantes que asistan con varios currículum o solicitudes de empleo debidamente llenadas, el próximo viernes 04 de noviembre en las instalaciones del Gimnasio de la Unidad Deportiva Torreón, de 09:00 a 14:00 horas.
Por su parte la Presidenta Honoraria del DIF Torreón, la señora Selina Bremer de Cepeda, dijo que el Centro Integral de Discapacidad, en el cual se imparten talleres para este sector de la población, será un puente que trabaje de la mano con las empresas y la Dirección de Desarrollo Económico, para ayudarles a colocarse en algún empleo.
Guillermo Martínez, presidente de la Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (CANIRAC), destacó que la primera experiencia laboral de uno de cada cinco jóvenes es el ramo restaurantero, razón por la que como gremio van a ofertar más de 100 vacantes, entre las que se encuentran meseros, cocineros, garroteros, auxiliares de cocina, personal de barra entre otros.
“Es grato contar con colaboradores que tienen algún tipo de discapacidad, ya que desarrollan otras habilidades”, expresó.
Asistieron también Jorge Leopoldo Reyes Casas, presidente de COPARMEX Torreón, Alejandro Gutiérrez Gutiérrez, vicepresidente de CANACINTRA y Adriana Duran Favela, traductora.
