La alcaldesa Diana Haro Martínez, señaló que en este municipio la invitación es para que las familias puedan aprovechar los talleres y cuentacuentos con la maestra Fide y Yuvisela Muñoz, así como la presentación de cuadros de danza por el ballet folklórico Ilhuitzintli de Gabriela González; para Los amantes de la música vernácula estará el cantante Leonel Oropeza y aquellos que disfrutan del baile la banda Kañon.
Agradeció la coordinación existente entre el gobierno de Coahuila que representa el gobernador Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solís, a través de las diferentes dependencias que ha mantenido un constante acercamiento con el municipio de Sabinas y la presentación de esta caravana de talento Coahuilense Mejora con tu Cultura, es una muestra de eso.
