Un hombre adulto y su hijastro lamentablemente fallecieron juntos al interior de su vehículo cuando viajaban por la Carretera A Reynosa, unos sujetos le habría disparo y las balas los alcanzaron, arrebatándoles la vida al instante.
Los hechos ocurrieron en la colonia 12 de Octubre, ellos dos viajaban a bordo de un auto junto a su familia, los presuntos asesinos se acercaron lo suficiente en otro vehículo y ejecutaron disparos en repetidas ocasiones.
Fue ahí donde el menor de seis años de edad y su padrastro, perdieron la vida. Vecinos que observaron el suceso llamaron al número de emergencias 911, y los paramédicos llegaron al lugar, sin embargo ya era muy tarde para hacer algo por ellos.
Asimismo, las autoridades del municipio de Juárez se encuentran investigando lo ocurrido, y patrullando la zona para poder dar con el paradero de los presuntos asesinos y llevarlos tras las celdas por lo sucedido.
